Shankleesh Cheese
Bia Beirut Shankleesh cheese is a traditional aged and fermented cheese from Lebanon. Made by fermenting and drying yoghurt and then rolling it into small balls and coating them in herbs and spices. It develops a pungent aroma and bold tangy flavour. Crumbled over diced tomatoes and onions with a good pour of olive oil, it is absolutely delicious.
