Hummus
Hummus made from fresh chickpeas (not canned), tahini, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. It has a creamy, rich texture and a balanced flavour of yum. A 50 year old family recipe. Goes with just about anything.

Muhamara

Baba Ghanouj

Labneh Za'atar
