Dukkah
Bia Beirut Dukkah, is a bold, crunchy blend of toasted walnuts, coriander and cumin, sesame, herbs and a little chilli. Perfect sprinkled in a salad, on fish, into soup, on hummus or over eggs. It goes with just about everything.

Za'atar
Za'atar (wild Lebanese thyme) is a fragrant herb blend imported from Lebanon. Made from thyme, sesame and sumac (wild Lebanese berry). It is earthy and tangy. It's a versatile seasoning that brings a burst of flavour to everything it touches.

Sumac
Sumac is a citrusy berry imported from Lebanon. A Lebanese berry with a bright and tangy flavour - like fresh lemon. It adds a burst of acidity to sweet and savoury dishes. Perfect in salads, in plain yoghurt when marinating chicken, to season meats or fish or sprinkled on roasted veg.
