The spicy yoghurt and teta bread are top class. The taste of all their products are second to none but our favourites are spicy yoghurt and teta and wholemeal sourdough. We order weekly. Use the spicy yoghurt as a dip but also as a chicken marinade. The teat bread doesnt last long in our house. We dip it in the spicy yoghurt and hummus and we use it with soup and we also freeze some of it as croutons. Yum, yum, yum!

We booked Bia Beirut after seeing pictures of their food on IG and hearing good things. We were not disappointed! Pamela and Rabih not only provided us with delicious high quality Lebanese food, they also made sure every thing was up to the highest of standard, from communication, to the presentation details. Everyone was raving about the Muhammara dip and the halloumi disappeared quickly. Already looking forward to coming by the market and trying it again. Thank you, go raibh mile, shukran!

The humous was velvety and smooth, delicious on the palette and the muhammara was the right balance of nut and tangy taste. The rich array of ingredients made it aromatic and a scrumptious choice to pair with snaps and wine.

Hi Pam, just a note to thank you so much for all the delicious food for our hen party. Everything was so fresh and vibrant, the salads, hummus, muhammara and dips. Someone said they could "eat their body weight in crackers". Very good choice of cheeses and charcuterie as well. Everyone was raving about it, so I'm expecting you are going to be in high demnad. Have you ever tried shankleesh? It's a delicious fermented cheese eaten in Lebanon, Palestine and Syria. Once you tasted it you really will love it. I buy min from Bia Beirut, handmade her in Cork. Just mash it down gently with a fork, fold in or layer over chopped onion, tomato& parsley & finish with a drizzle of olive oil. Leave it to sit for 10 mins before eating. So good with soft flatbread or the delicious snaps that they make, All my kids love this, I think it is such a delicious fresh combination & rich in probiotics. This is such as easy summer salad or perfect as part of a mezze spread. They also sell their lovely sourdough starter, amazing makdous, excellent hummus and much more.

To say the staff were happy with the food today would be to understate it. Everyone was absolutely raving about the flavours and the breads and especially the crackers too.
